After a very successful sales period, the market appears to have calmed down following the hiatus of the stamp duty frenzy at the end of June. We have seen unprecedented demand for all houses across our region since the beginning of the year, and this has not abated. The real problem now is lack of supply but continued strong demand, resulting in upward price pressure and commonly, multiple offers on properties.

There has never been a better opportunity to sell and yet, perversely, never been less property available to buy - where have all the houses gone? This imbalance can't continue indefinitely and we believe there will be more property coming to market soon.
