Tom Grant
Director & Valuer

Raised on the family farm, after a spell at The RAC before and subsequent post graduate course at Seale Hayne led to over 8 years at Bidwells Property Consultants and a career in estate agency before setting up his own agency in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Tom has over 30 years of rural business consultancy and property experience. Married with two daughters Tom leads an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team of practical country people, providing a professional and friendly agency sales service. With years of experince and a growing reputation, this team is well placed to assist anyone looking to sell their property.

Richard Stone
Director & Valuer

Born and raised in North Devon and having grown up on his grandfather's Beef and Sheep farm, Richard's rural interests led him to Seale Hayne Agricultural College where he gained a degree in agriculture. Having worked within agriculture he later moved into Estate Agency and has worked in both the residential and country property market in North Devon, London and now the Three Counties Region. Richard brings over 16 years of valuation, marketing and sales experience to Grant & Co and is principally involved in providing market valuations, sales negotiation and sales progression.

Nell Watts

Nell was raised in Herefordshire with a farming and equestrian background. After completing a business and customer service apprenticeship, she gained practical experience working for several well-known Hereford companies. Her interest in country and equestrian properties led her to an estate agency career in 2015. With experience working for national and regional country estate agencies, she has been involved in the sale of a wide variety of property, from country estates and farms through to cottages. Nell joined Grant & Co in 2023, her role involves assisting vendors and buyers, managing the marketing and the efficient running of the Ledbury office. In her spare time, Nell is a keen equestrian and enjoys the rural life on her family farm.

Petra Curry

Petra has been involved within Estate Agency for almost 20 years and has a wealth of experience encompassing a wide variety of aspects within the industry, from Lettings through to Sales Progression. Petra has worked with Grant & Co for several years and now writes and creates the brochures for client properties, and has a particular interest in historic and period properties; she very much enjoys this creative aspect of her role within the office. Being a lover of the countryside and all things rural, when not at work, Petra enjoys walking with their four canine family members.

Lynda Freeman
Client Care

Lynda joined Grant & Co in May 2013 and comes with many years’ experience in Country House Sales and Rural Estate Management. Having moved from Leicestershire to this area some 30 years ago, she can speak with boundless knowledge of Herefordshire and its surrounding areas. In her rare free time when not in the car taking her daughter to numerous activities, she enjoys time with family, friends and other animals.

Treacle Grant
Valuation Assistant

Treacle joined our team in January 2011 and comes with a classic pedigree but is not formally qualified. Working 4 days a week and occasional weekends, she greets customers, consults avidly at biscuit time and generally helps boost staff morale. Treacle accompanies Tom on valuations and viewings and is always pleased to meet new friends, both 2 and 4 legged. Hobbies include pheasants, regular walks and she is a keen swimmer. Likes wood burners, less keen on cats and bicycles.
