Mark on the outside of the envelope Severn House, Epney Tender. Please see tender documents for full details but note that all tenders must be signed, include a telephone number.
If a tender is accepted a 10% deposit will be payable and a contract completed immediately on the successful tender being accepted by the vendor.
If the buyer pulls out prior to the completion date, the deposit would be forfeit. If the buyer proceeds to exchange of contracts within the appointed timescale, the deposit will form part of the overall purchase price and would not be in addition.
A cheque made payable to Loxley Solicitors Ltd for the 10% deposit and the contract of sale should be signed where indicated and accompany the tender document.
If your offer is accepted, the contract will be completed, the deposit banked. If your offer is not accepted, the cheque and signed copy of the contract will be returned to the address detailed on the tender document.
