Head north to the A40 ring road, at the A417 roundabout (Maisemore) head west towards Higham for 1½ miles. Turn right following signs for Newent B4215. Head north-west towards Newent for 2½ miles, passing Rudford and take the next left turning to Tibberton (Buttermilk Lane). Continue through the village for 1 mile, take the left turn towards the church on Huntley Road. After 1/3rd of a mile, turn right into Court Farm (signed plus wooden verge posts). Bear immediately right into the housing area and the property will be ahead of you after about 30 meters.

From Newent

Head south-east to towards Gloucester. After joining the B4215, travel for 4½ miles. After passing Highleadon, take the next right turning to Tibberton (Buttermilk Lane), continue as directions above.
