From Upton-Upon-Severn head south out of the town on the A4104. After about 0.9 mile and upon reaching a “T”-Junction, turn left onto the A38 signposted Worcester and Pershore. After a short distance take the first right turn signposted Pershore, Earl’s Croome and Baughton (A4104). Continue along this road for about 1.7 miles then at the top of the hill turn right onto a private, concreted drive (see the pointer board). Continue along the drive for a short distance and the property will be found on the left-hand-side.
